The Hayden and Noble Libraries' new electronic reserve collection provide digital access to selected documents that are currently on Reserve in paper format. These digital documents are on the World Wide Web and available for viewing and printing 24 hours a day. Documents available are course related and range from previous years' exams and class notes to required course readings. Access to these digital materials are limited to ASU affiliated students, staff and faculty with a current ASURITE account.
All scannable Reserve "File" materials accepted for course reserves will be made available in electronic format, unless otherwise specified by an instructor. Materials placed on Electronic Reserve must meet the University Libraries' Copyright Guidelines.
Reserve documents that have been scanned into digital format can be accessed through the Reserve Course listings either under the professor's name or the course prefix and number. The digital materials are distinguished by their Electronic Reserve location. Reserve documents are created in PDF format and may require installation of Adobe Acrobat reader, software available free here.
An ASURITE id and password are required to access all digital materials. For more information on creating or verifying account information, visit the Computer Accounts website.
