AdjunctMatch Pilot Program Opens in new window

AdjunctMatch was developed by Adjunctopia in a WCET pilot project during March 2005-February 2006.  It is an online service designed to help institutions with e-learning position openings and instructors with e-learning expertise find one another more quickly.

The mission of NACOL is to increase educational opportunities and enhance learning by providing collegial expertise and leadership in K12 online teaching and learning.

The Flashlight Program assists institutions in studying the impact of technology on education.  Evaluation instruments, seminars, and peer-to-peer networking are the Flashlight tools. Originated as a joint project of the Annenberg Foundation and the Western Cooperative, the Flashlight Program has became part of the TLT Group’s offerings early in 1999.

SHEEO and WCET supported a national study which raised some pointed questions about the functions, challenges, and outcomes of statewide consortial virtual universities across the United States.

Beyond the Administrative Core: Creating Web-based Student Services for Online LearnersOpens in new window

A FIPSIE-funded project that ran from January 2000 to March 2003 and developed some model web-based student services and guidelines for putting services online.

Balancing Quality and Access

The Balancing Quality and Access project developed the first generally accepted basis for evaluating distance learning programs, “Principles of Good Practice for Electronically Offered Higher Education Degree and Certificate Programs.”
