Student Services Consulting
All students need student services. For both on and off campus students, access to these services can make the difference in their academic success. Until recently, however, many campuses have struggled to provide even limited services to off campus students. Now the Web and other new technologies make it possible to reach all students with a full array of services at a time and place convenient to them.
Designed from the student's point of view, new e-services can also be more efficient and effective for the institution too. But that often means re-engineering current face-to-face services and working through various stages from developing a new vision plus business and implementation strategies, to addressing policy and procedural changes, and selecting technology solutions compatible with existing infrastructure, to training staff to do things differently.
If your campus, system, or consortium needs help navigating through some of these stages—or wants to improve e-student services you already offer—contact us about consulting assistance. We’ll help you take advantage of what others have already learned as well as help guide you in emerging directions.
