1.	Student calls or e-mails advisor, requests list of available advising slots
2.			System provides schedule availabilities
3.	System provides schedule availabilities
4.			System accepts input, updates files, sends notice of scheduled advising session to advisor
5.	Student and Advisor each are notified of scheduled appointment
Post-Conditions		Student and advisor are scheduled to meet (in person or virtually) to explore alternative major courses of study
